Respondent Invite Email for URL/ QR Code sign up

Please see below a sample invite email that Recruiters/ Moderators should send to Respondents with instructions the Respondents need to register with Indeemo and then download the app. Please copy/paste the text below, edit as required and email the Respondents (from your own e-mail) once you are ready to invite them to the fieldwork phase.

Thanks for agreeing to take part in our research project. We’re looking forward to working with you.


As part of this project, you will need to use an app called Indeemo. To use Indeemo, please follow these 3 steps:


Tap on the URL link/ Scan the QR code below to Register with Indeemo. In order for us to link you to your research project, it is essential that you register with the email address that we used to send you this email. Choose a password that has a minimum of 8 characters.


Once registered, you will be prompted to download the Indeemo app.


Log into the app using this email address and your chosen password.


Tap on this link using your smartphone to register with Indeemo:
