Your Indeemo Access - Logging in and Two-Factor Authentication

Access to Indeemo


If you do not yet have access to your Indeemo Dashboard, please contact your Indeemo Customer Success contact. 


The team will get you set up on the Indeemo system and they will guide you to register. 


Once you have registered, you can the log into the Indeemo Dashboard. 


Two-Factor Authentication


In order to prevent unauthorized access to your account, you can enable Two-Factor Authentication in addition to your password.


This can be optional or mandatory, depending on your organisation's access.


If it’s mandatory, you’ll see the 2FA setup flow after your second login. If it’s optional go to the main menu and select Two-Factor Authentication.


Firstly, enter your international phone number. Please verify that the phone number is in E.164 format. E. 164 numbers can have a maximum of fifteen digits. A typical US number will look like this: +12345678912.



Once done, click on confirm. You’ll receive a text message with the code to enter. If you do not receive a code, please verify you entered the right phone number. You can go back to the previous screen to edit it in case you made a mistake.


Then, enter the code you have just received. If you didn’t receive the code you can retry or contact support@indeemo.com if you need help.




Once setup, you’ll need to enter a 2FA code in addition to your password every time you log in to Indeemo.


If you change your phone number or lose your phone, please contact support@indeemo.com with the email you used to register to Indeemo.
